Had everything expected from the hotel. the staff was pleasant and always wearing smiles. the breakfast provided a fair range of choices. the location was ideal for walking to main tourist spots and MRT stations.
The room was small, cramped and used up every inch of space. Even though there were two beds, it left little room for other things.

This bear-themed hotel is a wonderland for families with children. the cozy and clean rooms are adorned with cute teddy bear decorations, creating a whimsical atmosphere. the friendly staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. the location is excellent, with a short walk to the subway station. Complimentary breakfast and tea-break add to the delightful experience. There is also a communal microwave available to use on each floor.
The balcony lacks seating, which would have been a nice addition for smokers.

What a way to start the New Year! The hotel we stayed in was amazing! The rooms were clean and well decorated. The breakfast was delightful with fresh and tasty options. They even had coffee makers in the room and a microwave down the hall. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The location couldn't have been any better, it was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The complimentary treats were a great touch and made our stay even better.
The bear-themed decor was a little overwhelming for my taste, but it added to the hotel's character. The bathroom could have used a little more space and updating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kobe. The staff was helpful and made sure to speak to me in English, even though I could speak their language fluently. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were well-appointed. The location was excellent, with easy access to Shin-Kobe station by subway. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. I was impressed with the service and the convenience of this hotel.
Couldn't fault anything at this hotel.
